These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of VisioniX Network website, dashboard, digital services, music distribution services, YouTube CMS / MCN services, VEVO services, content protection services, content management services, rights management services, and any related products or services provided by VisioniX Network (“Company”, “VisioniX Network”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website, dashboard, submitting content, creating an account, purchasing services, using our systems, or continuing to use any VisioniX Network service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms or any part thereof, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Access and use of VisioniX Network services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
VisioniX Network reserves the right at any time to:
• Modify services
• Suspend access
• Restrict features
• Update operational procedures
• Disable dashboards
• Remove functionality
• Refuse onboarding
• Terminate accounts
without prior notice.
Users shall maintain confidentiality of account credentials and remain responsible for all actions performed through their accounts.
VisioniX Network may suspend access where suspicious activity, operational concerns, rights conflicts, policy violations, payment disputes, fraud indicators, abuse, or compliance issues are detected.
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Any use by minors shall remain under supervision and legal responsibility of a parent or authorized guardian.
Users agree to provide accurate and updated information.
Users shall not:
• Create false accounts
• Share dashboard access
• Use another person’s identity
• Manipulate analytics
• Circumvent security systems
• Misrepresent ownership
VisioniX Network may request identity verification, business verification, rights documents, licenses, channel ownership proof, or additional compliance documents.
VisioniX Network may provide:
• Music Distribution
• VEVO Distribution
• YouTube CMS / MCN
• YouTube Channel Management
• Content Protection
• Rights Administration
• Release Management
• Metadata Support
• Monetization Services
• Content Operations
• Artist & Label Services
Availability of services may vary by territory, partner approval, eligibility, and platform policies.
Users remain solely responsible for all uploaded content.
Content includes:
Audio, Video, Metadata, Artwork, Album Information, Text, Images, Ownership Information, Rights Documentation, Marketing Materials.
Users warrant that:
(a) They own or control required rights.
(b) Content is lawful.
(c) Content does not infringe third-party rights.
(d) Distribution is authorized.
(e) No litigation prevents exploitation.
By submitting content to VisioniX Network, users grant VisioniX Network and its partners a worldwide, exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, process, distribute, publish, monetize, manage, protect, and exploit the submitted content for service delivery.
During the active service period with VisioniX Network, users shall not distribute or authorize the same content through any other distributor, partner, or platform without prior approval from VisioniX Network.
Ownership of the original content remains with the rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where content is actively distributed or managed under VisioniX Network, users shall not duplicate distribution through unauthorized third parties where exclusivity requirements apply.
Violation may result in:
• Revenue withholding
• Release suspension
• Dashboard restriction
• Content takedown
• Account termination
• Legal enforcement
Reports shown inside the dashboard shall be treated as official reporting.
VisioniX Network is not obligated to provide alternative reporting formats beyond dashboard availability.
VisioniX Network reserves the right to:
modify reports, change dashboard layout, change reporting methods, replace analytics systems.
Due to operational limitations and data volume received from partners, stores, and internal systems, VisioniX Network stores dashboard data, analytics, statements, revenue records, and operational information for a maximum period of six (6) months only.
By accepting these Terms, users acknowledge and agree that requests for data older than six (6) months may be rejected.
VisioniX Network shall not be responsible for restoring, regenerating, exporting, or providing historical data beyond this retention period.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backup records.
Any takedown request submitted by a user, artist, label, rights holder, or account owner shall be reviewed under internal policies and partner requirements.
If content has already been delivered, distributed, monetized, claimed, protected, managed, or processed through VisioniX Network partners, stores, CMS systems, MCN systems, or other connected services, takedown shall only occur after required approval, authorization, confirmation, or clearance from the relevant partner(s), wherever applicable.
Submission of a takedown request does not guarantee immediate removal.
VisioniX Network reserves the right to reject, suspend, delay, or hold takedown requests until all contractual, operational, copyright, compliance, financial, and partner obligations are completed.
Users agree that VisioniX Network shall not be liable for delays caused by partner approval processes.
Revenue reporting depends on third-party reporting cycles.
VisioniX Network reserves the right to:
delay settlements, place revenue under review, adjust reports, recover overpayments.
Revenue may be withheld during:
copyright disputes, duplicate distribution, fraud review, contract breaches.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring legal rights.
Repeated infringement may lead to:
permanent suspension, revenue freeze, partner notification, legal proceedings.
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
VisioniX Network does not guarantee:
continuous availability, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, revenue performance.
VisioniX Network shall not be liable for:
loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, platform delays, partner decisions.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for affected services where legally permitted.
VisioniX Network may terminate access immediately where:
policy violations occur, rights conflicts arise, fraud is suspected, platform requirements demand action.
Termination may include removal of content and dashboard access.
VisioniX Network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or VisioniX Network services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
These Terms, policies, and service agreements constitute the complete agreement between users and VisioniX Network.
By continuing to use VisioniX Network services, users acknowledge acceptance of these Terms.
